Getting started

Welcome to SmartB Studio. This guide takes you from a blank account to your first working module in a few minutes.

1. Create your account

Head to the sign-up page and choose the number of users you need. The first two users are free for 14 days — no credit card required. Your plan and price are worked out automatically from your team size.

2. Build your first module

Open the AI builder and describe what you want in plain language. For example:

Build a customer enquiry tracker with name, contact number,
product interest and status.

SmartB Studio creates the module, the entry form and the data table for you. You can start adding records straight away.

3. Invite your team

Go to Settings → Users and add your colleagues by email. Each person receives a secure sign-in link — there are no passwords to manage.
