Because SmartB is built to reduce the manpower you need — so charging per head would penalise you for the very efficiency we deliver. Instead we price by your company’s size and the processes you run, and include a generous number of users with each plan (25 on Growth, 75 on Managed). If you go beyond the allowance, extra users are modestly priced, but they’re never the main driver of your cost.
There’s no free-forever plan — instead you get a full 14-day free trial with everything switched on, no credit card required, so you can prove the value on your own data before you pay a cent.
Growth is RM3,000 per month and includes 25 users. It’s billed annually and paid upfront — that’s RM36,000 for the first year — on a 12-month minimum term. If you go beyond 25 users, extra users are RM200 each per month.

Managed is RM8,000 per month and includes 75 users, up to 100; beyond the included allowance each additional user is RM150 per month — a better per-user rate than Growth. It adds multi-entity support, a named customer-success contact, 4 business-hour critical response and a monthly system review. The honest test is not headcount, it is whether the business stops when the system does. If it does, that is Managed.
A user is a person with a login who uses the system. Growth includes 25 users; each additional user is RM200 per month.
Yes, and it is deliberately quoted as a range rather than a fixed figure, because the work depends on how much of your operation is coming across and what state the data is in. Growth setup runs RM8,000 to RM15,000, Managed RM20,000 to RM80,000. It is a one-off, scoped and agreed with you before anything starts — there are no fees that appear later. The free trial costs nothing and needs no setup, so you can see the product before any of this applies.
Marketplace integrations (Shopee, TikTok Shop) and accounting connectors are part of the platform; larger or custom integrations are scoped with you, because we take on ongoing responsibility as third-party APIs change.
