• Account & enquiry details — your name, work email, company, and phone number when you sign up, book a meeting, or contact us.
• Booking details — when you book a meeting, the meeting type and time you select.
• Payment information — handled by our payment processor (Stripe). We do not store your full card details on our servers.
• Usage data — pages visited, device and browser information, and similar analytics data.
• Communications — messages you send us, including via our website chat.

How we use your information We use your personal data to:

• Provide, operate, and improve our services;
• Process subscriptions and payments;
• Schedule and manage meetings you book;
• Respond to your enquiries and provide support;
• Send you service-related and, where permitted, marketing communications;

International data transfers & data residency SmartB is operated from Malaysia, and some of our service providers (such as Stripe and Google) may process data in other countries, including outside Malaysia and the EEA. Where personal data is transferred across borders, we rely on appropriate safeguards — such as the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs) or equivalent mechanisms — so your data remains protected to a standard consistent with this policy. Children's privacy Our services are intended for businesses and are not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children.
